Our steaks – we offer beef steaks Black Angus of the highest quality standard USDA Prime Beef from only a few chosen farms of American Middle West. Animal husbandry is happening here completely naturally, high quality animal food with a corn base is automatic, animal husbandry is done with no hormones and no antibiotics.

Since we want to offer you an utterly unique experience in a form of juicy steak with a butter consistency, we let all the meats to mature for at least 30 days and the following cooking process is being done in a JOSPER Grill.

Josper is a unique combination of grill and the oven is made in Spain. The machine focuses on a very demanding food preparation, it runs on burning wooden coal only and it has got a unique closed grilling construction.
